Items purchased from Chicyea may be eligible for return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
● Unworn, unused, and unwashed
● Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
● Returned in original packaging
● Original tags and labels must remain attached
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

● Pajamas

● Free promotional gifts
● Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
Chicyea does not offer free returns or free exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality or shipping errors.
Returns or exchanges requested due to personal preference — including but not limited to:
● Incorrect size selection
● Change of mind
● Personal style preference
● Ordering the wrong item
● Color differences caused by display settings
● Minor measurement variations within reasonable tolerance
will not qualify for complimentary return shipping or free replacement services.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error caused directly by Chicyea.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

● A description of the issue
● Clear photos showing the product and packaging condition
After review and verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or return authorization at our discretion.
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Please do not send returns to the shipping address shown on the package unless instructed by our support team.

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the authorized return address and return instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Return
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Chicyea.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Chicyea is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 calendar day after receiving our return authorization.
Step 4 — Return Inspection & Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days.
For unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:

● Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
● Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
● Refund processing may take additional time during holidays or peak seasons
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment status.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.

● Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect addresses
● Unclaimed packages
● Refused deliveries
● Customs-related delays or fees
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Chicyea reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive return activity, suspected abuse, or fraudulent behavior.
